Q: What type of pets do you allow in your units?
A: We allow maximum 2 indoor cats. No dogs allowed.
Q: Do you require tenant insurance?
A: Yes we require tenant insurance. The policy must be effective for the term of the lease and the minimum liability coverage amount has to be $1,000,000.
Q: How do you collect monthly rental payments?
A: We collect monthly rental payments through preauthorized debit. Maximum 1 account per bedrooms. Ex: For a 2 Bedroom, we’ll except max 2 different accounts.
